About Lawrence
Life transitions can feel overwhelming. Whether it's a career change, a family conflict, questions about identity, or simply feeling stuck in a life that doesn't feel like yours anymore, that sense of "I don't know what I'm doing" can be incredibly isolating. I want you to know: feeling lost doesn't mean you're broken. It often means you're growing.
I work primarily with young adults and individuals navigating change. People in their twenties and thirties who are trying to figure out who they are, what they want, and how to build a life that actually feels right. If you're in that place of uncertainty, I'm here to help you find your footing.
My approach is collaborative and curious. I believe you already have the answers inside you, and my job is to help you access them. I won't tell you what to do. Instead, I'll ask the right questions, reflect back what I'm hearing, and help you see your situation with fresh eyes.
What our sessions might look like: - Exploring the beliefs and patterns shaping your decisions - Building clarity around who you are and who you want to become - Developing communication skills for healthier relationships - Processing the emotions that come with major life changes
I also have a particular passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people navigating cultural identity. If you're looking for a therapist who will truly see you, I'd love to connect.

What is it like working with you?
I'm calm, curious, and non-judgmental. I ask a lot of questions, not to pry, but because I'm genuinely interested in understanding your experience. I also believe in celebrating small wins along the way. Progress doesn't always look dramatic, and I want to make sure we notice it when it happens.
What do you like most about being a therapist?
Helping people realize that feeling lost doesn't mean they're broken. Some of the most meaningful growth happens in the messy, uncertain middle, and I love being there for that. Watching someone move from "I have no idea what I'm doing" to "I'm starting to figure this out" is incredibly rewarding.
How do you take care of your own mental health?
Hiking, cooking elaborate meals for friends, and setting boundaries with my phone. Being in nature resets something in me that nothing else can. I also make a point of staying connected to the people I care about, because community is a big part of how I stay grounded.
What does healing look like to you?
It's not a straight line, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. For some people, healing means finally being able to talk about something they've carried in silence. For others, it's making a decision they've been avoiding. I think healing is the process of becoming more honest with yourself about what you need.
Who do you work best with?
I tend to connect really well with people who are curious about themselves. People who are in a place of transition and want to understand why they feel the way they do, not just make the feeling go away. If you're someone who wants to dig a little deeper, we'll work well together.
